As our Strategic Growth Associate, you’ll become a cornerstone of our operations, working alongside Gillian Davis (Founder), our COO, and external partners. Whether you’re shadowing Gillian on client engagements, driving high-impact projects, or leading marketing and program initiatives, your contributions will directly fuel our growth and impact.

What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will be varied, challenging, and instrumental to our success:
1. Support the Senior Leadership Team (25%)
Shadow and assist Gillian Davis in client engagements, strategy development, and implementation.
Collaborate with our COO and external agency partners to manage deliverables and optimize marketing processes.
Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, responding promptly to inquiries and scheduling introductions with our founder.
2. Project Management & Business Growth (30%)
Lead special projects to execute Overtime Leader’s strategy, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
Support the program management of new initiatives like bootcamps, from launch to close.
Carry out standard processes, such as surveys (e.g., Typeform), and deliver data summaries for client programs.
Work with the leadership team to identify and develop new channels for business growth.
3.Marketing & Content Creation (20%)
Utilize AI tools to draft key marketing content, including newsletters, case studies, podcast scripts, and social media posts.
Work alongside our marketing agency partner to come up with content strategies that leverage our existing playbooks and materials
Source and book guests for Overtime Leader’s podcast while identifying podcast and speaking opportunities for Gillian Davis.
Seek media opportunities, such as panels and global conferences, for the founder to expand Overtime Leader’s reach.
4. Intellectual Property Development (25%)
Organize, document, and enhance our tools, methodologies, and IP in preparation for a licensing program.
Ensure our materials are on brand, organized and instructions on how to use them are clear and easy to understand.
Explore how AI can make our methodologies more accessible to future licensees.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, dynamic, and ready to take ownership of their work. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
Professional Experience: 3–5 years in roles that showcase your ability to balance strategy and execution—whether in marketing, project management, operations, or related fields.
A Strategic (execution focused) Mindset: You can think big picture while also paying attention to the finer details that make a project successful. You can turn exciting ideas into reality with autonomy.
Proficiency in Tools & Tech: You’re comfortable using Notion, Miro, Typeform, Slack, Canva, and Google Workspace. Bonus points if you’ve worked with AI tools or have experience with podcast editing software.
Exceptional Organization Skills: You can juggle multiple projects, set priorities, and deliver results within deadlines. Capable of managing detailed, formulaic tasks essential to the company’s operations.
Creativity & Design Awareness: You have an eye for aesthetics and can contribute to branding, marketing, and user experience with thoughtful and visually engaging ideas.
Confidence & Communication: Whether liaising with clients, media executives, or podcast guests, you can build relationships and communicate clearly and professionally.
Problem-Solving Ability: You’re a natural problem-solver, comfortable working in ambiguity, and always looking for solutions that push the company forward.
Adaptability: You thrive in dynamic environments, ready to shift priorities as needed, and can balance desk-based tasks with high-energy, client-facing interactions.

A UK Base: You’re based in the UK and can work remotely, but you’re happy to travel to London or other client sites when needed.

Competitive salary: £35,000–£45,000 based on experience.
